Xylitol (Xucker, Birkenzucker) candied lemon slices and orange sticks (Arancini)
Recipe: melt the xylitol (~ 95 o C), throw in your candidates and keep heated until all or most of the water is evaporated, then set on baking sheet to cool (and possibly dry).
For the lemons I used a bit of carbonate of calcium (chalk) to make them less acidic.
